These aren’t crisps. They’re poppadom-style snacks, lighter and crispier than potato products, with a different texture profile entirely. The lime and coriander chutney flavouring suits this format perfectly.
The lime is bright and present, actual citrus zing rather than faint suggestion. The coriander adds herbal complexity. The chutney concept ties it together with sweetness and spice. It’s a coherent flavour that knows what it’s doing.
As an accompaniment to Indian food, these make sense. As a standalone snack, they’re interesting but perhaps too specific. The poppadom format reads as “Indian meal adjacent” rather than “general snacking,” which limits their occasions.
But for their intended purpose, they’re excellent. Light, flavourful, different from anything else in the Walkers range.
